Here's The Grand Central Oyster Bar and Restaurant Cookbook, by chef Sandy Ingber and cookbook author Roy Finamore. The book is as much about the history of 100-year-old New York City restaurant as it is the food — sections are dedicated to the famous counters, "champion shucker" Luis Iglesias, the portrait of ex-owner Jerome Brody that hangs in the restaurant's lounge, and much more. As for the recipes, they're pretty much straight forward East Coast seafood fare, with in-depth explanations of the differences between types of oysters, recipes for various oyster accompaniments, soups, sandwiches and more.
