Eater NY reports that a 24-hour biscuits only restaurant, Empire Biscuit, opened yesterday in the East Village, adding to the rise of single menu item restaurants. The menu consists of "biscuits with 24 butter/spread options, plus biscuit sandwiches, and biscuits & gravy." [-ENY-]
