Here's the trailer for chef René Redzepi's upcoming cookbook A Work In Progress: Notes on Food, Cooking and Creativity. The book is split into three volumes including a standard cookbook, one with photos from Noma, and a personal journal. He admits at first he thought journaling was "more of a pastime for Justin Bieber fans," but it helped him cope with his yearn for change. Redzepi says, "To me food is everything, it's everything that I do, it's how I live my life, how I find joy, and deal with the sad moments." The trio will be available on November 11.
