Please say hello to Punch, the new website from Talia Baiocchi and Leslie Pariseau, that just launched yesterday. It's an "online magazine in collaboration with Ten Speed Press focused on narrative journalism—both written and visual—about wine, spirits and cocktails." Which means things like Besha Rodell on malt liquor, Istanbul's last craft cocktail bar, and drinking with LCD Soundsystem's Nancy Whang. [Punch]
