First Look: Scott Conant's Scarpetta Cookbook

Here's The Scarpetta Cookbook by chef/restaurateur/Chopped chopper Scott Conant. Conant has locations of Scarpetta in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, and Miami, and while this is his third cookbook, it's the first one wholly dedicated to Scarpetta. Expect: crudos galore, wine notes from somm Paolo Barbieri, pasta recipes, short rib recipes, pasta with short ribs recipes, and Conant's famous spaghetti and tomato sauce (spoiler: it has butter in it). The Scarpetta Cookbook is out from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt October 15 (pre-order on Amazon). Look inside:
