Anthony Bourdain apologized over making a factual mistake about New Mexico's beloved local dish Frito Pie in Parts Unknown, but that's not good enough for Roy Bragg over at the San Antonio Express-News. In a post titled "Anthony Bourdain: Mindless Cretin or Culinary Fraud?," Bragg writes: "We can only assume that Bourdain is a relentless putz, a man of immense self-importance and low intelligence, devoid of taste and absent of any substance."
