Celebrity chef/restaurateur Michael Mina has announced plans to open his second Miami restaurant: Michael Mina 74 is slated for the lobby of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and will "blur the lines between a restaurant, bar and ultra-lounge" (an early look at the menu reveals plans for a "customized" shellfish cart, Cubano-style suckling pig, and black truffle omelets).
