A&E is "in the pilot stage" for a reality show focused on Channing Tatum's New Orleans burlesque club Saints and Sinners, which the actor opened with his partner Keith Kurtz in 2012. The unscripted show will center around the burlesque entertainers at the Bourbon Street club. Whether or not Tatum will appear in the series is yet to be determined, but he will be executive producing alongside Kurtz. Variety notes that if the show gets picked up, "it would join the cabler's slate of unscripted programs including Duck Dynasty, the Storage Wars franchise, and American Hoggers."
The duo opened the brothel-inspired spot after they fell in love with New Orleans during a movie shoot, but didn't feel like the bar scene had a place for the ladies. As Eater NOLA observed back in June, "The place is modeled after a...brothel, because what woman wouldn't want to hangout in a joint that 'harkens back to the days when bordellos were where you went for heavenly company and a sinfully good time?" Looks like if A&E picks up the show, everyone will get to find out.
