ATLANTA— Chef Linton Hopkins (of Atlanta's Restaurant Eugene and Holeman & Finch Public House) has emerged the victor of Delta Airlines' web competition "Cabin Pressure Cook-Off," meaning he's now an official member of the airline's culinary team.
