Linton Hopkins Joins Delta; November's Cronut Flavor

ATLANTA— Chef Linton Hopkins (of Atlanta's Restaurant Eugene and Holeman & Finch Public House) has emerged the victor of Delta Airlines' web competition "Cabin Pressure Cook-Off," meaning he's now an official member of the airline's culinary team. According to a press release, Hopkins' upcoming airline dishes will highlight products from his H&F Bread Co., as well as other Southern, artisan ingredients. [EaterWire]
