Andy Ricker's New York location of Pok Pok is the latest restaurant to install a live video feed allowing potential guests to see the restaurant's wait time before they even arrive. In addition to the livestream (which only goes live during business hours), Ricker will also maintain a filmed chalkboard with an updated estimate of the wait. Two weeks ago, a popular SF pizzeria installed its own "WaitCast" camera so guests could plan their visits accordingly. [Eater NY]
