Just four months after Motorino debuted its anticipated Brooklyn location, chef/owner Mathieu Palombino has announced plans to open a second Hong Kong branch of his popular pizzeria. Eater NY reports that the second HK location will be in the Wan Chai neighborhood, with plans to open in mid-December. And according to Palombino, "we also have plans for New York down the road as well." [Eater NY]
