Yesterday, Italian espresso advocates Lavazza released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of its chef-filled calendar, so now, here are more videos with the likes of Massimo Bottura, Davide Oldani, Carlo Cracco, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, and Michel Bras talking about "inspiration" (the calendar's theme).
For some, like Bottura, inspiration is like a moment of poetry that can spring up 24 hours a day; others, like Oldani, concretely pin down their inspirations (he describes "drawing on what my homeland gives me.") Each chef gets his own video dedicated to the subject. Go, watch below:
