The city of Worcester, Massachusetts is re-examining its incredibly draconian regulations on food trucks. For example: "mobile restaurants are now required to move every five minutes, and are prohibited from setting up shop anywhere near another restaurant." At a hearing, restaurant owners were totally against any changes, including one who said, "I do not believe that the food truck policy in Boston is paying for itself?
