Los Angeles chef Tim Goodell (of the Domaine Restaurants group) will open two restaurants in Colorado's Snowmass Village before the end of the year. Eater LA reports that Goodell will bring the French-influenced Ricard Brasserie and Liquor Bar and more-casual Bia Hoi Southeast Asian Street Food to the ski town — chef Jeff Armstrong (Red Pearl Kitchen, Whist at the Viceroy) will run both kitchens.
