Here's a video that shows a behind the scenes look at the making of New York City chef Daniel Boulud's latest cookbook, Daniel: My French Cuisine. Where an earlier trailer for the book was pretty intense and serious, this one is all smiles as the chef and writer Bill Buford put together dishes for the camera at Boulud's flagship restaurant. The video is also full of fun facts, like the number of ingredients in the book (2,926), the total number of photos taken (45,784), the number of hours spent photographing (296), and much more.
