A former Hooters waitress in Baltimore has filed suit against the popular breastaurant chain, alleging racial discrimination. Waitress Farryn Johnson, who is black, says her employment was terminated because of the blond highlights in her hair; although many of her Caucasian co-workers had dyed hair, Valcourt was told her "hair color violated employee image standards." The case is now pending in the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. [CBS]
