Charleston's Hominy Grill is the latest restaurant to get a cease-and-desist letter from sandwich chain McAlister's Deli over its use of "the Big Nasty" as a menu-item name. Hominy chef Robert Stehling says his lawyer has responded to a letter from the Mississippi-based McAlister's chain and has not heard back yet.
