Do you know how many times I thought of wow, what if they made a movie called Being Alain Ducasse?" Topics covered include fears (both professional and personal), when it's time to strike off on your own as a chef (for Ducasse, at age 23), how much you budget for failures or mistakes (Ducasse allows for a 10% disaster rate), and questions from the audience.
