Bullipedia-Video.jpgMateu Casañas, one of the chefs de cuisine of elBulli and currently working at Compartir in Cadaqués, Spain, is working with Ferran Adrià on the massive culinary wiBulliPedia. He gives Fine Dining Lovers some insight on the working process: "[E]veryday in the morning we have a call from Ferran and he says, "Ok, today we can open this section" and you say, 'Oh no, we can not finish this, ever'." The scale of the project is so big that his estimated launch date is "maybe 4-5 years from now," meaning 2017 or 2018. The last time a date was announced it was said to be 2016. [FDL]
