Ex Top Cheftestapant and former chef of Yardbird in Miami Jeff McInnis will be opening Root & Bone in New York City. McInnis is partnering with current cheftestapant Janine Booth on the restaurant, which will serve "upscale versions of Southern classics" when it opens sometime in early 2014. [F&W via Eater NY]
