Chef Janice Wong produces "perfection in imperfection" at her Singapore dessert restaurant 2am:dessertbar, and now, the chef gets the documentary treatment in the recurring series The Art of Definition. The series, by Monochromatic Pictures, follows artisans and craftsmen (like bespoke tailors, for example), and Wong's episode provides a look at how she creates "edible food art" — from its conceptual sketch to chocolate manipulation to its emergence as a very carefully crafted showpiece.
