On last night's episode of Top Chef, previous chefs of Commander's Palace (Emeril Lagasse and Paul Prudhomme) were guest judges. The current chef Tory McPhail tells the Times-Pic: It "was a day I will remember for the rest of my life... My understanding is it has never happened in the history of the Brennans owning this restaurant, to have Emeril, Paul and I sit down and discuss how food has really changed inside the restaurant and what that meant to the community and other places around the country."
