SANTA FE— Santa Fe will host its first-ever food conference from November 8 to 10: FUZE.SW, which says it's "modeled after Southern Foodways Alliance," will feature the usual panel discussions and tastings, plus events like a "breakfast burrito bonanza," food-truck brunch, and dine-arounds at local restaurants like Anasazi, Taberna, and Restaurant Martin. Tickets are $200 for a weekend pass (including all talks, two lunches, access to evening receptions and more); cooking classes and dinners serve as optional add-ons. More information here.
