The reservation website for the newly revamped State Bird Provisions went live at 1p.m. PST today, and Eater SF reports that rabid diners crashed the restaurant's site within minutes. Chefs/owners Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski acknowledged the crash on the restaurant Facebook page, writing "Our systems are overwhelmed but we are working on it. Please keep checking back!" The site's back up now, but as to be expected, all tables are gone: A message reads that "no reservations are currently available." [Eater SF] [Photo: Foursquare]
