The Name Game

Craft Chophouse in Edwardsville, IL celebrated its first birthday by changing its name to 1818 Chophouse. The owner "declined to discuss" with St. Louis Post-Dispatch restaurant critic Ian Froeb if it was related to getting a cease and desist from Tom Colicchio's lawyers. Colicchio has in the past enforced his trademark on "Craft": The SF restaurant "Crafthouse" changed its name to "Caskhouse" and the Wisconsin bar "Craft Table & Tap" changed to "Craftsman Table & Tap."
