So, this is awkward: Australian chef Michael Moore's best-selling cookbook Blood Sugar was recently translated for release in Denmark, under the accidentally vampiric name Blod Sukker. As Moore tells Aussie blog GoodFood: "We couldn't work out why they wanted to change the name... I'm not into [vampires], but my daughter is." [GoodFood]
