CHICAGO— Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas will celebrate the Chicago premiere of Spinning Plates, a documentary that features Alinea (in addition to restaurants in Iowa and Tucson), during post-screening gatherings at the Aviary. From October 25 to 27, the Aviary will host film conversations featuring cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and face time with Achatz, Kokonas, and director Joseph Levy (on the 27th only).
