Chef Todd English is OUT at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. According to Eater Vegas, the resort/casino "has not renewed the chef's contract." How it'll play out: "Early next year Olives will receive a new name and a new menu. The staff will remain unchanged and the restaurant will not close during the switcheroo." Bad times for English: Back in July his original Olives in Charlestown, MA was seized over a $780,000 debt. [Eater Vegas]
