The pre-cooked line features 12 different sausage varieties — Piedmontese heritage beef, spicy Italian, breakfast maple — all "curated" to Zimmern's preferences. The Zimmern/LaFrieda collaboration will soon be available, in limited quantities, at the purveyor's official website. [EaterWire]
