British chef Heston Blumenthal told the Telegraph in Australia that "he plans to open a restaurant in either Sydney or Melbourne within the next three years." It has previously been rumored that he might open something in NYC or Miami. Blumenthal continued: "I'm never going to open another Fat Duck... Dinner was always intended to do a few of internationally so I would love to do Dinner here." Just last week Dinner in London was bumped up to two Michelin stars. [Telegraph via FDL][Photo]
