According to the Washington Post, restaurants in gas stations "are becoming the next big thing" in the DC metro area. Apparently "there are at least a dozen eateries serving delectable, sometimes organic, fare near the pump," including several ethnic cuisine options attracted to the "low start-up costs, guaranteed foot traffic and a little bit of kitsch."
