Keith McNally's legendary Meatpacking District restaurant Pastis will shutter by year's end, possibly for good. Eater NY reports that McNally — who previously announced plans for a temporary, nine-month closure — filed a notice with the Department of Labor indicating all employees would be laid off on January 1 while landlord negotiations continued.
