Wendy's in Omaha Cuts Hours to Avoid Obamacare

Who hates Obamacare now? A Wendy's franchise in the Omaha, Nebraska area has decided to cut non-management positions to 28 hours a week or less to avoid having to offer employees health care under the new regulations. The decision affects almost 300 people. The franchise is not alone: Red Lobster and Olive Garden also announced plans to hire more part-time employees for the same reason, but abandoned the plan because "employee and customer satisfaction declined."
