Here's a quick and very appealing video from Perennial Plate that showcases the glorious things two videographers ate during two weeks in China. Dubbed "The Traveler's Republic of Tofu," the fast-paced footage includes golden, crispy duck in Beijing, meals on sweeping terraces overlooking Hong Kong's skyline, all kinds of noodles, grilled skewers from a street stand, food being both prepared and eaten in stands and in restaurants, plenty of crowds and smiling children. All of it looks wonderful. See for yourself:
