Watch the Heart-Stopping Trailer For Next's The Hunt

Chicago's ever-changing restaurant Next has just unveiled The Hunt, a Midwestern game-focused menu, and now it's time for the teaser trailer full of meat, elaborate dishes and — what else? — hunters. Interspersed between scenes of a lone hunter trudging through snow is a whole lot of butcher porn, cooking, intricate plating and scenes at the table as the hunter raises and cocks his rifle. This all ends in a literally heart-stopping climax of camera shots as the hunter takes aim, a heart beats, a flame extinguishes, a hand grabs the heart and the gun goes off. Just go watch already.
