Here's the All-Star Schedule For Harvard's 2012 Cooking & Science Lecture Series

It's back to school time, which means it's also time for a bunch of world-renowned chefs to get up to Cambridge, Massachusetts and get their lecture on. Harvard's public lecture series on Science and Cooking began Tuesday with lectures by supreme food science nerds Harold McGee and Dave Arnold and will be livestreamed every Monday night at 7:00PM ET through December 3. The full schedule is below — highlights on the all star lineup include chefs Joan and Jordi Roca, José Andrés, Dan Barber, Wylie Dufresne, David Chang, and Ferran Adrià. As in the past, the lectures will be posted to YouTube and iTunes as the semester progresses.
