Eater NY's Greg Morabito got a personal tour from Guy Fieri of his upcoming NYC restaurant Guy's American Kitchen and Bar. And Fieri does not mess around: this behemoth of a restaurant clocks in at 500+ seats situated on three floors and encompasses over 16,000 sq. ft. There are three bars. Also Fieri has a custom Pat LaFrieda blend. Writes Morabito, "It was like getting a private tour of the chocolate factory from Willy Wonka, but with wonton tuna tacos instead of chocolate."
