Lawsuits

les-halles-175.jpgOver 100 employees have filed a lawsuit against New York's Les Halles, the former workplace of traveling "chef-at-large" Anthony Bourdain. The suit says an illegal tip pool shared 26 percent of gratuities with managers who hadn't actually assisted in service. Bourdain told the New York Post, "In my experiences at Les Halles, management was, if anything, unusually scrupulous about these things." [Eater NY]
