Portland chef Jenn Louis is working on a gnocchi cookbook: the Lincoln chef tells Zagat, "I started to research gnocchi and I realized that it is not a single potato dumpling — it is a whole genre. I got crazy into it and started to write recipes [for] malloreddus or malfatti or gnudi." Chronicle tells Eater the book is scheduled for Fall of 2014. [Zagat]
