Feast Portland 2012 Hangover Observations

Photo: Raphael Brion / Eater.com

The first-ever Feast Portland festival was this past weekend, during which chefs from Portland and beyond — including Fergus Henderson, Adam Sappington, Sean Brock, Aaron Franklin, Naomi Pomeroy, and more — hijacked the city of Portland and made tons and tons of food. There was a Night Market (theme: Asian street food) and a Sandwich Invitational (theme: sandwiches), there were a bunch of dinners pairing out-of-towners with Portland chefs, and there was tons and tons of Oregon's craft brews and local wines. Head over to Eater PDX for hangover observations including temporary pear tattoos, meat cereal, Sean Brock doing his own rumormongering about opening Husk Portland, and more.
