A Swirl Of Trouble

magnolia-cupcakes-lawsuits-150.jpgGreenwich Village's renowned Magnolia Bakery isn't so sweet on a former employee who, it says, stole their signature icing swirl. The bakery also sued an ex-founding partner in 2011 for sharing recipes and "business secrets." [NYDN]
