A lawsuit filed against Chicago chef Graham Elliot back in March has been settled. TMZ got their hands on court documents that say Elliot coughed up a "fair" amount of money to 14 former servers at his eponymous Chicago restaurant.
The suit sought back pay plus interest for illegal tip pooling, which was distributed among "bartenders, bussers, food runners and cooks" and other untipped employees. The suit below accuses the restaurant of running a "systemic scheme to deprive them of regular and overtime compensation." No word on exactly how much money the settlement was. Below, the original complaint.
