The Wall Street Journal's Katy McLaughlin shoots a super-awkward video preparing the mac and cheese recipe from ex-Microsoft exec and patent troll Nathan Myhrvold's upcoming cookbook, Modernist Cuisine at Home. It involves sodium citrate and a stick blender. "It took Mr. Myhrvold's prodigious genius to come up with this recipe," says McLaughlin. "but it's actually easy to make." [WSJ]
