The website for the Eleven Madison Park/Alinea switcharoo experiment is now live, and it explains a few things. First of all, Alinea goes to New York September 26th through September 30th, and will serve five dinners at EMP. Then EMP goes to Chicago, where it will serve dinner each night from October 10th through October 14th. While tickets are not on sale as yet, you can register an account so as to have everything lined up to drop $495 (plus tax and tip) per person when the time comes.
