The Toronto expansion of David Chang's Momofuku restaurant empire is going to be a big one: they're apparently opening a whopping four locations inside the Shangri-La Hotel. As previously announced there will be a location of Noodle Bar as well as a restaurant called Daisho ("pair of swords"). These will be joined by Shoto ("short sword") and Nikai ("second floor"), the latter of which Toronto Life notes is likely a bar. [Toronto Life]
