Who's ripping of David Chang now? Earlier today it was maybe Chipotle, and now out in sunny Denver, Colorado comes the restaurant Uncle from chef/owner Tommy Lee (compare it to the New York City Momofuku Noodle Bar). Lee admits that he was "inspired" after visiting Noodle Bar, but it gets better: Lee spent the last several years working in management at a Chipotle in Denver. [Eater Denver]
