The fifth Cook it Raw event has drawn to a close: for five days, some of the world's best chefs traveled to the Suwalki Region of Poland to learn about the agricultural resources of the region, "transform their ecologically pure ingredients into delicious creations never before seen," collaborate on a really fancy dinner, and learn things from each other. (In the past, the event has taken place in Denmark, Lapland, Italy and most recently, in Japan.) Chefs this year included Albert Adrià, René Redzepi, Iñaki Aizpitarte, Daniel Patterson, Magnus Nilsson, and others. Above, the menu, the cooking process, and the final dinner — chefs got creative with dish titles this year, including "Forrest Gump," "Smoked Celeriac, a Heresy," "I Don't Want to Be Buried in a Pet Cemetery," and, um, "Vagina Delices." Below, the full list of chefs.
