Who's tweeting for Sweden now? It's Björn Frantzén, chef at Stockholm's two-Michelin starred Frantzén/Lindeberg, which is currently 20th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Frantzén is the latest Swede to undertake the country's social media experiment, in which one ordinary citizen takes over the @sweden Twitter account each week. And he's tweeting about all kinds of stuff: deflecting Muppets jokes, talking smack about the Swedish press, offering cooking advice, and more.
Fun fact about Frantzén/Lindeberg? The restaurant has 12 chefs cooking for 19 diners per night, and has only had one chef leave the restaurant since they opened five years ago. Frantzén will be tweeting until September 2, at which point another Swedish citizen will take over.
