Former Top Cheftestapant and author of the upcoming Fire in My Belly Kevin Gillespie is going off on his own. Atlanta Magazine reports that Gillespie is leaving his longtime employer Woodfire Grill and will be replaced by current Chef de Cuisine E.J. Hodgkinson. Gillespie intends to focus on upcoming projects including his restaurant opening this spring. It will get the very manly name of Gunshow. [Atlanta Magazine via Eater Atlanta]
