El País assesses the state of airport food across the globe and asks eight seasoned travelers about their best experiences. Chef Ferran Adrià doesn't have many positives to share: "There's nothing special in airports... It's amazing that a city like Paris, for example, doesn't have any great food to offer before or after security."
